Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair cryogenic systems and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on ice structures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with ice-making equipment.
• Train new team members on safety and operational procedures.
• Participate in safety trainings and enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in construction or maintenance preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in construction-related fields

Technical Skills

• Project management
• Technical troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Training Certification is a plus
• CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ice sculpting techniques: Ability to create artistic ice structures for events.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain: Understanding of supply chain processes is a plus.
