Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hook Puller to join our team in Houston. The Hook Puller is responsible for safely operating and maintaining equipment used in the pulling and setting of hooks. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, and effective communication skills among team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment operations for pulling and setting hooks accurately.
• Perform regular inspections on equipment to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve safety.
• Assist with training new team members in safe operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep detailed records of hook handling and maintenance.
• Communicate any risks or operational challenges to supervisors.
• Engage in continuous learning about safety and equipment usage.
• Contribute to team efforts in maintaining an organized job site.
• Support field operations by being flexible and responsive to needs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in oil and gas operations

Technical Skills

• Hook pulling operations

Certifications

• Additional certifications in equipment maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent
