Job Description

The Combat Control Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of combat control personnel. This role includes planning, organizing, and directing combat missions, ensuring that all personnel possess the necessary skills and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission briefings and debriefings for combat control operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures during exercises.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within teams.
• Manage resources and logistics for mission preparation.
• Enhance team capabilities through ongoing training and skill development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a military or operationally focused field

Experience

• Experience in special operations forces is beneficial.
