Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender, you will play a vital role in our retail environment. You will be responsible for organizing and casing shoes for display, ensuring each item aligns with brand guidelines while providing a neat and appealing appearance for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Casing shoes and arranging them in an eye-catching manner.
  • Ensuring shoes are clean and free from any defects.
  • Following brand guidelines on product placement for optimal display.
  • Maintaining effective inventory tracking and assisting with restocking.
  • Engaging with customers to assist in finding specific shoe styles or sizes.
  • Collaborating with the sales and merchandising teams for effective marketing displays.
  • Participating in visual merchandising projects to enhance in-store experience.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure shoe presentation standards are met.
  • Assisting in training new staff on shoe display standards and procedures.
  • Handling physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying shoe boxes as needed.
