As a Frame Stylist in our upscale eyewear boutique, you will assist customers in selecting eyewear frames that align with their personal style and visual requirements. A passion for fashion and exceptional communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the eyewear selection process, ensuring a tailored experience.
• Educate customers about optical principles and frame care.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist with cashier responsibilities and order processing.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings.
• Support team members in achieving sales targets and store goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in fashion or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service, with a focus on eyewear preferred

Technical Skills

• Optical Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Vision Insurance Billing: Understanding of vision insurance processes is a plus.
