Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter. In this role, you will set up and operate machinery used for applying coatings, paints, and sprays to products. You will interpret work orders and control machinery to ensure high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks on machinery and equipment to ensure functionality.
• Handle hazardous materials and waste according to safety protocols.
• Assist in coordinating workflow within the department to meet production targets.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the Production Manager promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial coating or paint application

Technical Skills

• Spray Painting
• Preventive Maintenance

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
