• Mentor junior team members in blockchain development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality assurance processes.
• Assess potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage with clients to understand their blockchain needs and requirements.

Advantageous

• Experience with Scaling Solutions: Experience with blockchain scaling solutions such as sharding.
