Job Description

We're looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives. In this role, you'll create and curate content, manage campaigns, and analyze engagement data to continuously optimize our outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze engagement and reach metrics to inform future content.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling visuals and narratives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Train and guide junior social media staff on best practices.
  • Prepare quarterly reports detailing social media growth and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication is preferred

  • 2+ years managing social media platforms for brands
