Job Description

As an Artificial Teeth Inspector, you will play a critical role in quality control by inspecting, assessing, and ensuring the quality of artificial teeth products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental laboratory or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of artificial teeth production.
• Document defects, imperfections, and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Work closely with the Quality Control Manager to improve quality processes.
• Stay informed about compliance requirements in the dental industry.
• Train junior inspectors on best practices in quality assurance.
• Support the development of auditing processes to enhance quality control.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality metrics and improvements.
• Use inspection tools proficiently for accurate measurements.
• Assist in root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in dental quality control are advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in a dental laboratory or related field is advantageous.
