Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Scientist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will focus on designing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with experts to drive drug development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead drug formulation studies and manage related projects.
• Conduct literature reviews to support drug discovery efforts.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA and EMA guidelines.
• Use statistical analysis software to evaluate experimental data.
• Document experimental procedures and results in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices.
• Develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of advancements in pharmaceutical sciences.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with drug development projects.
• Work alongside quality assurance to maintain high laboratory standards.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress on multiple studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or relevant field
• Master's or PhD in pharmaceutical science preferred

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in drug discovery and development

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics: Understanding of drug actions and how they are processed in the body.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques: Practical knowledge of techniques such as PCR and cloning.
