Mold Worker

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Mold Workers to support our manufacturing team. You will create and inspect molds, ensuring they meet quality standards while contributing to a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machinery and set up molds according to production schedules.
• Conduct regular maintenance on molds and equipment.
• Adjust and troubleshoot molds to ensure successful production runs.
• Monitor production output and make adjustments to ensure targets are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Some experience with CAD software is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a relevant manufacturing position

Technical Skills

• 3D Printing
• Lathe Operation

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with multi-material molds: Experience in working with various materials in mold production.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Understanding of principles of lean manufacturing to enhance efficiency.
