Job Description

Tech Innovations Inc. is looking for a User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic UX/UI Design team in Virginia Beach, VA. This role will focus on enhancing user experiences by conducting research, analyzing user behavior, and providing design recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify usability issues and provide solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Evaluate existing products for usability and accessibility.
• Communicate research results clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for research processes.
• Provide insights to inform product strategies and design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of user experience research experience

• User Experience Design
• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• UXPA Certified Usability Analyst
• Human-Computer Interaction Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
