Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team in Detroit. The primary responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, inspecting stock sheets for damages, and assisting in maintaining an organized stock room. Candidates should possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep all inventory areas in compliance with sanitation standards.
• Inspect stock for signs of damage or wear.
• Organize cleaning schedules and inventory checks.
• Assist in training new team members on procedures.
• Collaborate in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Provide feedback to management on stock levels and inventory needs.
• Work with equipment maintenance teams to assure functionality.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Technical Skills

• Basic Hand Tools
• Safety Procedures Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Operation Skills: Ability to operate forklifts and handling of heavy equipment safely.
