Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Decorative Cutting Machine Tender who will be responsible for operating and maintaining cutting machines to produce high-quality decorative materials. The ideal candidate will possess experience in machine operations, have a keen eye for detail, and ensure that production meets efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate decorative cutting machines safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on materials to ensure specifications are met.
• Adjust machine settings as required to maintain production accuracy.
• Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of cutting equipment.
• Work closely with team members to achieve production schedules.
• Report any mechanical issues promptly to management.
• Maintain operational logs and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about best practices.
• Ensure safe work practices to minimize hazards.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operation and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Associates degree in manufacturing technology is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
