Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cable Supervisor to manage our team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of cable systems. You’ll play a key role in planning projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will help improve our operations and enhance customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and mentor a team of cable technicians.
• Develop and implement a schedule for cable systems installations.
• Stay up-to-date on safety regulations and ensure all work complies with them.
• Oversee inventory management for tools and materials to ensure availability.
• Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on new practices and technologies.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the company to handle inquiries.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold service excellence.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all projects.
• Control project budgets and approve necessary expenditures.
• Drive team performance by setting clear objectives and holding regular meetings.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cable installation and repair, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
