Job Description

As a Helper in the Construction Trades, you will support skilled tradespeople in installing insulation materials. This role requires a mix of physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions closely.

Responsibilities

• Support insulation installation on residential and commercial buildings.
• Ensure materials are prepared correctly for installation.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Maintain organization of tools and materials at work sites.
• Assist with taking inventory of insulation supplies.
• Provide general assistance to project managers and supervisors.
• Engage in training sessions when available to enhance skill set.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or insulation installation is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience operating hand and power tools

Soft Skills

• Good communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with safety regulations: Understanding safety protocols in construction sites is advantageous.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools: Prior experience with construction tools is a plus.
