Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure safety standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Lead efforts to resolve any construction-related problems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, such as daily logs and progress reports.
• Lead pre-construction meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are available on site as needed.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in site supervision or project management

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with American Institute of Constructors (AIC) certification: Knowledge of AIC certification process and standards.
