Job Description

As a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter, you will be responsible for operating and managing spray equipment to apply coatings on products. The position requires a keen eye for detail and an understanding of coating processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor painting machines during production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Ensure the quality of coatings applied through visual inspections.
• Document production quantities and quality control results.
• Adjust and calibrate machinery based on specifications and feedback.
• Assist in the development of new coatings and application techniques.
• Coordinate with logistics for the timely delivery of finished products.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in Manufacturing Technology or a related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in coatings application

Technical Skills

• Equipment maintenance
• Color matching

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with digital paint systems: Familiarity with advanced digital systems for paint application.
