We are looking for creative Painting, Coating, and Decorating Workers to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will design and decorate glassware products, transforming ideas into visually stunning items. The ideal candidates will possess artistic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with clients to create customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Decorate glass items using etching, engraving, and painting techniques.
• Produce high-quality glassware that meets company standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct final checks on finished products for quality assurance.
• Engage with customers for feedback to improve design processes.
• Document production methods to share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or related field, preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in glass decoration preferred

Technical Skills

• Glass Etching
• Vinyl Cutting

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in crafting designs for corporate events: Ability to create tailored designs for special occasions such as weddings and corporate gifts.
