Job Description

The Pressure Tank Operator is pivotal in overseeing the operation of pressure tanks to maintain optimal safety and performance standards. Operating within a rigorous industrial environment, you will ensure adherence to safety protocols while continually monitoring critical pressure levels and conducting maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures while operating tanks.
• Perform checks to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks associated with tank operations.
• Keep detailed reports on tank performance and maintenance history.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to promptly address any mechanical issues.
• Assist in inventory management related to tank supplies and equipment.
• Engage in continuous learning about new technologies and best practices in tank operations.
• Monitor environmental conditions that may affect tank operations and report findings.
• Provide feedback on operational efficiencies and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional technical certifications are a plus

Experience

• Experience working with SCADA systems is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot SCADA systems

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent
