Delivery and Assembly Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery and Assembly Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering and assembling furniture, appliances, and various household goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely delivery and assembly services for customers.
• Ensure all assembly instructions are followed meticulously to avoid errors.
• Engage with customers professionally and courteously.
• Complete necessary training and uphold company service standards.
• Assist in other operational tasks as needed, including inventory management.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and customer feedback.
• Utilize navigation tools for efficient route planning.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, especially in assembly or retail delivery roles

Technical Skills

• Experience with furniture assembly
• Basic electrical knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Inventory management experience: Experience in maintaining and tracking inventory of tools and equipment.
