Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated First-Line Supervisor to oversee milling operations within our food processing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing with proven leadership abilities to guide a team of milling operators.

Responsibilities

• Direct milling operations to maximize productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Manage shift rotations and schedules for milling teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of milled products to the next stages of production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in manufacturing or related field is preferred.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within milling or related environments.
