Job Description

We are seeking a Generation Engineering Technologist to provide technical support and improve the performance of our generation plant. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure maximum plant efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Document technical processes and operational guidelines.
• Participate in operational meetings to share insights on performance improvements.
• Foster collaboration among technical and operational teams for enhanced workflows.
• Support the integration of renewable energy sources into existing operations.
• Lead training sessions for new technologies and practices in the generation sector.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in energy sector roles
