Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to shape plastic materials into specified products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and implement solutions.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in plastics processing or engineering
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in plastic shaping or similar roles.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Experience with molding software

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• 3D printing experience: Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and their applications in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing experience: Knowledge of lean practices and their implementation in production environments.
