Job Description

Join our team as an Estate Administrator, where you will take charge of managing trusts and estates. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, communicating with beneficiaries, and maintaining accurate records, while collaborating with our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the administration of a diverse portfolio of estates.
  • Coordinate with accounting and legal teams as needed.
  • Prepare financial documents in adherence to legal frameworks.
  • Assist beneficiaries with processes related to their inheritance.
  • Track compliance with tax laws and regulatory measures.
  • Review and manage estate budgets effectively.
  • Actively solve conflicts arising in the management of estates.
  • Implement best practices in record-keeping and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in estate or trust administration
Technical Skills
  • Trust and estate management software (Clio, MyCase)
  • Document management software (Dropbox, Google Drive)
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) preferred
Languages
  • English: Fluent
