Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Belt Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining belt machines used for industrial production processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality output.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of belt machines to optimize production efficiency.
• Adjust machine settings based on product specifications and quality control measures.
• Mentor new staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and report any irregularities to management.
• Evaluate and improve operational processes to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in machine operation or similar role highly desired.

Languages
