First-Line Supervisor of Gambling Services Workers

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated First-Line Supervisor of Gambling Services Workers to manage the video poker section and ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with gaming regulations and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of the video poker machines on the casino floor.
• Monitor the performance of the machines and ensure they are functioning properly.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Train new staff members about the operation of the machines.
• Maintain accurate records of machine performance, customer complaints, and other pertinent information.
• Manage the flow of guests and ensure they are served efficiently.
• Assist guests with questions and issues related to the video poker machines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Casino Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in gaming operations
