You will assess financial information, determine loan eligibility, and work closely with borrowers to gather the necessary documents. Focused on customer satisfaction, you’ll be a key point of contact throughout the lending journey.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and assess borrowers' financial conditions.
• Analyze credit histories and forecasts to determine eligibility.
• Guide clients through the application process and answer questions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and property appraisals.
• Advise clients on suitable loan options based on their needs.
• Compile and submit loan documents to underwriting teams.
• Communicate progress to clients throughout the process.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain awareness of current lending trends.
• Develop professional relationships to enhance lead generation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a mortgage-related position

Technical Skills

• Mortgage Regulations Knowledge
• Loan Origination Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Certification in Mortgage Lending
