Job Description

The Cutting and Slicing Machine Operator is responsible for the setup and operation of machines that produce high-quality buttons. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a readiness to collaborate with our production team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of button decorating machines.
• Perform regular machine inspections and maintenance.
• Coordinate with production supervisors for workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collect and analyze production data.
• Train junior operators in machine operation and safety.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with button decorating machines is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of button decoration techniques
• Equipment maintenance skills
