Responsibilities

• Accurately grade exams while adhering to established grading standards.
• Analyze results to ensure fairness and accuracy in grading.
• Communicate with team members regarding grading issues or concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of all evaluations.
• Participate in training and professional development as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in examination grading or related field

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Online examination systems

• Interpersonal skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Master's degree in Education or related field: Advanced knowledge and expertise in educational practices.

• Experience in conducting examiner training: Ability to train and evaluate other examiners.
