Job Description

Seeking dedicated Exercise Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors with experience in leading diverse fitness classes. You will engage with clients, guiding them through workouts tailored to their fitness levels while maintaining a fun and energetic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative fitness class plans that cater to varying skill levels.
  • Provide effective feedback to clients during sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within all fitness programs.
  • Organize and lead workshops and events to enhance community engagement.
  • Collaborate with other trainers to share best practices and techniques.
  • Actively seek feedback from clients to improve the quality of sessions.
  • Conduct fitness assessments to tailor class offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field is preferred
  • Additional certifications in specialized fitness areas (e.g., yoga, Pilates) are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a fitness-related position
