Product Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team in Orlando. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and engineers to design innovative solutions that enhance the user experience. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, and prototyping new product features.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Evaluate design decisions against user needs and business goals.
• Mentor junior designers and share feedback on their work.
• Participate in design critiques and workshops to foster creative collaboration.
• Research and apply best practices in UX/UI design to enhance usability.
• Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders effectively.
• Document design processes and maintain design files in an organized manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Certificates in UX/UI Design preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user-centered design

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Design Professional Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with accessibility standards: Understanding of WCAG guidelines and best practices for accessibility.
