Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker (Flocker) to manage and maintain the health and well-being of our animal flocks. This role involves daily monitoring, feeding, and maintaining living conditions to ensure productivity.
Responsibilities
Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the flock's living conditions.
Document and report health observations to management.
Assist with the breeding process and rearing of chicks or lambs.
Engage in team meetings to discuss flock performance and care strategies.
Attend trainings on animal care best practices.
Work with farm equipment and tools safely.
Adhere to biosecurity protocols to prevent disease spread.
Requirements
Education
Certification in Animal Husbandry or related field is preferred
Experience
1-3 years of experience in livestock management.
