• Maintain a clean and efficient working environment for all equipment.
• Collaborate with scientific researchers on brood health studies.
• Identify market trends related to bee products and adjust breeding goals accordingly.
• Network with local beekeeping associations to promote collaboration.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed during all interactions.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in beekeeping technology and practices.
• Maintain an open line of communication with stakeholders in the industry.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or related field
• Advanced degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in beekeeping or related agricultural experience
