Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Rolling Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating machines that shape and form metal and plastic materials. Responsibilities

• Set up and run rolling machines, adjusting settings for different materials and designs.
• Monitor production output and make adjustments to optimize machine performance.
• Conduct safety checks and maintain a clean work area.
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure product standards are met.
• Document production metrics and report issues to the production manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Assist with inventory management for raw materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or relevant field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a production environment or similar role

Technical Skills

• CNC Programming
• Quality Control Techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in using measuring tools: Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices.
• Knowledge of Maintenance Practices: Ability to perform basic maintenance on machines to ensure optimal operation.
