Job Description

Join our team as a Stitcher Operator, where you will be integral in producing bound printed materials. This position involves setting up and adjusting stitching machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain advanced stitching machines to bind printed materials.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely job completion.
• Document production activities and assist in inventory management.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience operating stitching machines.

Technical Skills

• Machine Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of different stitching techniques: Familiarity with various stitching methods, including saddle stitching and perfect binding.
