Responsibilities

• Design innovative courses that reflect current trends in literature and pedagogy.
• Collaborate with faculty on interdisciplinary initiatives.
• Support student-led literary projects and extracurricular activities.
• Facilitate open dialogues about literature and its societal impacts.
• Develop online resources to supplement traditional teaching methods.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in English or a related field preferred

Experience

• Record of publication in peer-reviewed journals and/or reputable presses.
