Job Description

As an Educational Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students throughout their academic journey. This position involves providing personalized guidance on course selections, career pathways, and educational resources. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student success and capable of creating tailored educational plans to meet individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Guide students in the development of their academic and career goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars aimed at enhancing student skills and knowledge.
  • Create and maintain a database of resources and materials to assist students.
  • Develop and implement outreach programs to engage with underrepresented student populations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with students to assess progress and adapt plans as needed.
  • Provide support in navigating complex educational systems and policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Certification in Educational Advising is ideal
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in educational consulting or advising roles
