Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our shingle shearing machinery runs smoothly while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run shearing machinery for shingle production.
• Ensure proper material feed into machines.
• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment usage.
• Participate in quality assurance processes during production.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standards throughout the production process.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or construction

Technical Skills

• Machine Operation
• Blueprint Interpretation

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Problem-Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Machine Operation: Certification or training in operating industrial machinery.
