Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of metalizing machines, ensuring production adheres to specifications.
• Adjust settings based on production needs, inspecting work for quality assurance.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Evaluate finished products for defects and implement corrective measures.
• Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical issues as they arise.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Engage with team members to discover new techniques for improving processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in metal coating or related manufacturing field

Technical Skills

• Machine troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
