Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking Car Groomer to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles. This role involves cleaning, washing, and vacuuming cars while ensuring that each vehicle meets high standards of appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage in detailed cleaning of vehicles, ensuring all parts are meticulously attended to.
• Maintain records of service and any observations about vehicle conditions.
• Ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals and tools for safety and effectiveness.
• Report on inventory levels of cleaning supplies, requesting orders as necessary.
• Participate in training sessions for new cleaning techniques and customer service best practices.
• Assist in general maintenance and upkeep of the service area.
• Support team members during peak periods to ensure timely service delivery.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and efficiency in the grooming process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in car detailing or a similar role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning products
• Equipment familiarity

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication
• Strong work ethic

Advantageous

• Prior experience in car detailing: Experience in cleaning and detailing various types of vehicles.
• Familiarity with different vehicle makes and models: Knowledge of various car designs for effective care and maintenance.
