Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic Preschool Program Director to manage educational initiatives and staff development in our preschool setting. In this position, you will provide guidance and support to teachers, facilitate communication with parents, and ensure all programs comply with state and federal regulations. You will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of the preschool education program.
  • Supervise and support teaching staff in daily operations.
  • Maintain communication with parents about children’s progress and program changes.
  • Ensure the preschool's environment is safe, nurturing, and conducive to learning.
  • Develop assessments to monitor educational outcomes.
  • Foster an inclusive atmosphere that supports children from diverse backgrounds.
  • Coordinate outreach programs to engage families in the educational process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Master's degree in Education is a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a preschool setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
