Job Description

Join our team as a Frame Sample and Pattern Supervisor, where you will oversee the creation of innovative frame samples and patterns. Ideal candidates must have significant experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new processes and protocols for frame and pattern production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet design specifications.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff.
  • Analyze production metrics and report findings to management.
  • Manage project timelines and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Research and implement industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external partners for necessary materials and equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Textile or Apparel Design or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years of direct experience in frame sample and pattern development with supervisory duties.
