Job Description
Join our team as a Frame Sample and Pattern Supervisor, where you will oversee the creation of innovative frame samples and patterns. Ideal candidates must have significant experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of new processes and protocols for frame and pattern production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development.
Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet design specifications.
Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff.
Analyze production metrics and report findings to management.
Manage project timelines and communicate with stakeholders.
Research and implement industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with suppliers and external partners for necessary materials and equipment.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Textile or Apparel Design or related field is advantageous
Experience
At least 5 years of direct experience in frame sample and pattern development with supervisory duties.
