Job Description

We are seeking a talented Speech-Language Pathologist who is ready to make a meaningful impact within our organization. You will assess and treat varying communication disorders, develop tailored therapy plans, and work closely with families to foster communication skills development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language difficulties.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills.
  • Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Educate and provide guidance to parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field.
  • Participate in professional development and training activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in speech and language therapy, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
