In search of a dedicated Hot Knife Foxing Cutter who specializes in cutting rubber foxing strips for the shoe industry. The ideal candidate will operate hot knife machines efficiently while ensuring top-notch accuracy and precision in their work.

Responsibilities

• Set up the hot knife machine for various cutting tasks.
• Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Document production output and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate with quality control to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Manage the supply of materials and report shortages proactively.
• Work closely with fellow machine operators to optimize output.
• Participate in regular safety training and discussions.
• Provide feedback on production processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Machine Operation or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the shoe industry is a plus
