As a Resident Buyer for our retail chain, you will manage the procurement of farm products, ensuring that our stores are stocked with high-quality goods. Your role will involve negotiating with suppliers and aligning procurement strategies with the needs of the store management team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate with top farm product vendors to secure favorable pricing.
• Coordinate with store teams to align inventory levels with customer demand.
• Resolve any issues related to delivery or product quality with suppliers.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor and report on supplier performance and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations for potential adoption.
• Support other departments to ensure efficient supply chain management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in retail procurement or purchasing

• Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP)

Languages
