Job Description

The Solid Waste Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily waste management operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and implementing proactive waste reduction strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our sustainability efforts and engaging with the community on best practices for waste disposal.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing instructional content for effectiveness.
• Develop engaging and interactive e-learning materials.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets.
• Ensure instructional content meets accessibility and quality standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and provide feedback on courses.
• Stay updated with emerging instructional design trends and technologies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior instructional design team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field.
