We are on the lookout for a passionate Floral Design Teacher to educate and inspire students in various floral design techniques. You will play a critical role in developing lesson plans and guiding hands-on projects while fostering a love for floral artistry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging floral design lessons and courses.

• Demonstrate and guide students in practical sessions to improve their floral design skills.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in floral design.
• Collaborate with team members for special events.
• Participate in curriculum development and enhancement activities.
• Maintain a tidy and organized floral design studio.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Floral Design, Horticulture, or related field
• Teaching or instructional experience is highly preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in teaching or training others in floral design
