Join our dynamic team as a Civil Engineer where you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates with experience in legal documentation and boundary disputes are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cadaster surveys with precision and efficiency.
• Draft and review legal documents pertinent to land surveys.
• Examine and interpret land records and deeds for accurate boundary determination.
• Offer technical guidance to clients on land ownership issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate accurate data analysis.
• Utilize surveying software and technology for improved accuracy.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of all fieldwork conducted.
• Maintain project documentation and deliverables for client review.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and project bids.
• Stay updated with surveying regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in land surveying and mapping

Technical Skills

• Trimble Business Center
• Geodetic Surveying Techniques

Certifications

• Certified Land Surveyor (CLS)
• LEED Green Associate (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
