Join our team as a First-Line Supervisor where you'll lead a skilled group of mechanics and installers. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations related to vehicle maintenance.
• Conduct training sessions for team members.
• Review and optimize operational procedures.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate with upper management about vehicle status and needs.
• Develop and enforce best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with safety officers to ensure workplace safety.
• Upgrade shop tools and equipment as necessary.
• Evaluate team performance and conduct appraisals.

Requirements

Education

• Related technical degree or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment operations and 3+ years in a supervisory role.
